Miss Africa - The Miss Africa Pageant helps prepare young African and African American women for a better future. The pageant and its focus on continuing education expose the young ladies to positive attitudes, values, beliefs, and global perspectives that will help expand their critical thinking skills as well as their ability to become more responsible adults. One of the pageant’s main goals is to encourage, and hopefully compel, these young women to make an impact on their communities by helping others and enabling Africa to become more unified and viable. The winner of the Miss Africa Pageant will become eligible to compete in the sister pageant, a global pageant that consists of international contestants from different countries.
